Service Description

Autumn is the time of the year where we learn to gradually let go. Yoga and Ayurveda teach us how to keep the body and mind in balance following a simple yet effective routine, from the time we wake up, to when is time to rest at night to regenerate the body. There is a high level of attachment in human beings, as much as following these disciplines can help, we still try to hold on to the past, to the job that doesn't make us happy or feel valued, to the relationship that doesn't nourish anymore. To the unhealthy lifestyle that we know in the long run will make us feel unwell. All the above, because it is so hard to let go and meet the unknown, making life uncertain. But the many books of enlightenment mention how uncertainty is the flavour of life, change is what makes us feel alive and even more, slightly changing the routine can expand the mind.
