When deepening ourselves in nature and the elements we can heal and awaken a part of the Self often forgotten about by the many daily commitments.

This late May Bank Holiday opens the doors to experience a magical Kundalini Yoga retreat in Italy..

The Pimpinella Garden is a school of Botany and Herbal Medicine located in Luminasio di Marzabotto on the hill of Bologna. This hearty project was born from the experiences faced with enthusiasm and passion by Laura dell'Aquila, biologist and herbalist.

Arriving at Pimpinella Garden I felt the story of the place; the element of magic is present in each and every room and all surrounding. When I started investigating, Laura has confirmed that monks are annually retreating there and the house has memory of a magician who lived there in the 30s;It is probably enough to say that this is the most welcoming space to host a heart opening practice where local fresh vegetarian and vegan meals are prepared with creativity and care; the air is clean and nature will be at its best at late spring.

When I arrived to my first visit it was clear that the villa was located in an area where lye lines of the earth are passing by creating a unique experience given by a very uplifted energy.

What are Ley Lines?
Just like we have veins that flow in and out of the heart, Mother Earth has Ley Lines; which are lines of energy that coil around the earth in a similar fashion as a strand of DNA. In fact, where the Ley Lines intersect are believed to be high points of energy or high concentrations of electrical charge.

Arrival at Bologna Airport needs to be by 11:30 where a minibus will take you directly to the Olistic Centre Luminasio
Low cost flight from Stansted airport have very low rate booking now approximately £23 + £33 return tickets.
 
Early flight departure on the Thursday 21st to Bologna is 8:30 Arrival 11:30am
